LMS connects with HR system. Employee data is received and triggers the automatic creation of a new account.

Step 2

Employee receives new account notification

Account creation automatically triggers the sending of a notification to the employee (email or text) of their new account.

Step 3

Employee is connected with manager(s)

HR data triggers a creation of a connection between the employee, their manager and other team leaders.

Step 4

Employee is automatically enrolled in onboarding activities

Employee is automatically matched with the onboarding learning path related to their job (i.e., based on their job role, level) and the activities inside.

Step 5

Employee receives enrollment notification(s)

Enrollment automatically triggers the sending of a notification to the employee (email or text) of their new account.

Step 6

Employee's manager receives regular digest of LMS activity

Email summaries are regularly sent to keep managers informed of their learners' progress, ensuring they are aware of any necessary follow-up actions.

Step 7

Employee completes activities

Employees open each of the activities (elearning, instructor-led, assignments, etc.) and complete each one.

Step 8

Employee receives enrollment reminders

Incomplete activities automatically triggers the sending of reminders to the employee of their new account.

Step 9

Employee's manager receives escalation notifications

Continued incomplete activities automatically triggers the sending of notifications to the employee's manager.

Step 10

Employee's manager signs-off on skill demonstration activities

Activities requiring a manager to verify skill or completion, are prompted to certify completion.

Step 11

Employee completes onboarding learning path

Each activity the employee completes, rolls up to the overall learning path status. When the last activity is required, the learning path is completed.

Step 12

Stakeholders receive regular learning path enrollment reports

LMS administrators, managers, and stakeholders automatically receive their requested reports, with their requested data, at their requested cadence.

Step 13

Employee is awarded a certificate of completion

A PDF certificate of completion is automatically generated based on a custom template.

Step 14

HR system is notified of completion

Automated message is sent to the HR system of the employee's completion.

Overdue repeating notifications

Customize your overdue notifications to send a different email at repeating cadences to your new employees, their managers and skip-level managers who have not completed their activities directing them to the LMS.

Certificate

Customize your certificte templates, which generates a PDF for each learner as they complete the activity.

Completions reports

Reports can be generated either on an ad-hoc basis or scheduled to run regularly, catering to the needs of both your team and stakeholders.

Sync completions

Integrating your LMS with with your internal systems or shared data store (i.e., AWS Aurora) will send near-realtime enrollment completions data.
