Learner receives hook email

The learner is enrolled in a learning path and sent an automated enrollment notification. The content of the email should be written as a hook, drawing them into the content.

Step 2

Learner views the learning path

The learner views the learning path with a creative theme and contains various microlearning activities, from videos, skill demonstrations, elearning courses, etc.

Step 3

Learner completes the first activity

After completing the first activity, the learner is awarded learning points and a badge. They are then given a hint to the password to unlock the next activity.

Step 4

Learner unlocks the second activity

After solving the clue, the learner enters the password and enters the second activity.

Step 5

Learner completes the second activity

After completing the second activity, the learner is awarded learning points and a badge. They are then given a hint to the password to unlock the next activity.

Step 6

Learners view their rankings

Learner views the leaderboard on the LMS home page to see where they rank against their fellow learners.

Step 7

Learner seeks help in the forums

Learner posts in the forums asking for help to solve the clue for the password to unlock the third activity.

Step 8

Learner completes the third activity

After completing the third activity, the learner is awarded learning points and a badge. They are then given a hint to the password to unlock the next activity.

Step 9

Learner collaborates with other learners

The learner connects with other learners taking the same learning path to solve the clue for the password to unlock the fourth activity.

Step 10

Learner completes the fourth activity

After completing the fourth activity, the learner is awarded learning points and a badge. They are then given a hint to the password to unlock the next activity.

Step 11

Learner connects with their mentor

The learner messages their mentor to get help solving the clue for the password to unlock the last activity.

Step 12

Learner completes the last activity

After completing the last activity, the learner is awarded learning points and a badge.

Step 13

Learner completes the learning path

After completing the last activity, the learner has completed the learning path and is awarded a stacked badge, certificate of completion and a reward (i.e., 3-month gym membership or free coffee coupon).

Step 14

Learner is presented with recommendations

After completing the learning path, recommendations appear for which activities to start next.
